Tip

Making something longer than 30 seconds

A single render maxes out at 15 seconds on Seedance 2.0, or 30 on Seedance 2.5. For anything longer, make it in parts and join them up:

  1. Generate your first clip and play it through to the end.
  2. Pause on the very last frame and screenshot it.
  3. Start a new render, upload that screenshot as the reference image, and describe what happens next.
  4. Repeat for as many parts as you need, then join the clips in any editor — CapCut, InShot, iMovie.

Using the last frame as your reference keeps the scene, lighting and characters consistent, so the joins look deliberate instead of like unrelated shots.
